Q: Do you ship overseas?

Answer: Unfortunately we do not. We are a UK Business and only ship within the UK

 

Q: Do you offer Returns/Exchanges?

Answer: Yes we do. provided the order, products have not been used or tampered with we can offer an exchange or full refund. All cases are dealt with on individual basis and our main aim is to offer 100% satisfaction so will do all we can to achieve this. Returns/Exchanges or any issues please email us hello@dapperfella.co.uk. We aim to reply within 24 hours

 

Q: How long will it take to get my orders?

Answer: Your order can take from 1-3 days using Royal Mail Signed and Guaranteed Delivery Service

 

Q: This will be a gift being sent direct to the recipient. Will it have an invoice?

Answer: We send all parcels with a gift receipt only so the prices will not be shown, which mean you can send direct to your recipient

 

Q: Can i inspect the gifts before i give to my recipient?

Answer Yes you can, you are welcome to open the packaging to inspect and can re-package easily so can give your gift with ease.

 

Q: I love the gift boxes but can i create my own?

Answer: Sure. if there is a gift box you cannot find or items you would like in your gift box that is not available please email me direct at hello@dapperfella..co.uk. Include the items you would like in your gift box and any options. I will then email you the price and include a link to pay.
